The Colorado State University Extension (CSUE) 4-H STEM AmeriCorps program is seeking AmeriCorps members to provide Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education and programming in counties across Colorado.

Our next Orientation Training will be in January 2022. More information available soon.

Boulder (Boulder Valley School District), Broomfield County, Denver County, Jefferson County, Montezuma County, Morgan County, Summit County, Teller County, and Weld County. We also have a special opportunity in Clear Creek County*.

Members serve economically disadvantaged youth (ages 8-18) between January 2022 and July 2022. Most positions are half-time and require a commitment of approximately 30 hours per week during out-of-school time (for a total of 900 hours across the program year). Members receive a modest living allowance (up to $7,550.00 during their service term) as well as an Education Award after successfully completing their service ($3,172.50 for half-time members). You must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred), a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Must successfully complete a background check. CSUE is an EO/EA/AA employer.
