Rolling out 4-H STEM Youth Development Programming

Colorado State 4-H Office, (STEM K-12) has four Mobile Labs available for Colorado 4-H Agent use.  These labs are customized cargo trailers that have been converted into functional educational mobile labs.  These mobile units are intended to promote state-wide 4-H STEM Youth Development Programming through experiential hands-on educational experiences.  These mobile labs have a broad spectrum of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) activities.  Each lab has a program focus on STEM concepts which include: Environmental and physical Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Design, Energy, STEM Trade Skills and STEM educational and career pathway development.

4-H Mobile STEM labs are available in all regions of the state.  Three times annually, these Mobile labs rotate from one region to the next.  This practice allows 4-H agents in any part of the state to register for multiple labs annually.  Lab titles = links.

4-H Mobile Lab registrations are limited to Colorado’s 4-H Agents.  Contact your local 4-H office for details on how to bring 4-H STEM to your event.
