RamCorps (a.k.a. the CSUE AmeriCorps Program) is a partnership between CSU Extension and AmeriCorps. RamCorps members have the opportunity to serve across the state of Colorado through CSU Extension Offices and other partner sites.

Colorado State University connects with communities across the state through the Office of Engagement and Extension. RamCorps members help by providing people power and building capacity at local Extension offices.

Ready to get things done with RamCorps?
I have seen a lot of the kids I teach build friendships with the other kids in the program. I have also seen some kids start to think about what a career in a STEM field could look like and how they want to pursue it.
The members have really increased bandwidth, the kids are excited to see them, and it’s great watching the members light up.

Do I have to be a student to serve with CSUE AmeriCorps?
Nope! Any member of the community is welcome to serve with the CSUE AmeriCorps Program.
What are the requirements to serve?
- You must be 18+ years old
- Pass a background check
- Show proof of US citizenship or permanent residency
- You must not have reached your service term limit (4 terms)

How long has RamCorps been part of CSU?
Colorado State University Extension and AmeriCorps established a partnership in 2015.
Ever since, CSU has been an AmeriCorps State program funded by the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) through Serve Colorado – The Governor’s Commission on Community Service.
