Western National Roundup Coach Registration Instructions

Coach, chaperone, or coordinator registration instructions

1. Now that your 4-H or FFA members are entered complete, let’s review the next steps. Select “Register another Exhibitor” which will be focused on the adult attending with the contestants.
2. Select “Register an Exhibitor” and select on green “Individual” button to continue.
3. Enter exhibitor required information. First name, Last name and Birthdate. Leave County blank, click “Continue.” Next, enter phone number and a helpful email to contact later, if needed.
4. Copy the general address associated with the county, state or school association. Click Continue, there are no general questions to answer.
5. Review information entered, edit if needed. If no changes, click “Continue to Entries.”
6. Next, we will walk through the Coach, Chaperone, or Coordinator Contest Signup, click select type of registration for Western National Roundup. Next, locate and click the green select button in the lower right and then “Choose.”
7. Next, edit the club by selecting the blue “Change” button. Use 4-H or FFA tabs and locate your association, select radio button and click OK. If it isn’t listed, please contact the event coordinator.
8. There may be an opportunity for more than one contest. The fee is $50 for each coach, no matter the number of contests selected. Select all that apply using the check boxes, then click the green continue button.
9. Review selection and click the green create entries button.
10. There will be questions that need to be reviewed, click the blue Review/Complete Outstanding Records button.
11. The question relates to the $50 registration fee, enter 1. This only needs to be entered once, if multiple contests are selected. Click the blue “Continue” button.
12. Next upload the “Official State Authorization Document” and any special accommodations needed. NOTE: Notice that the invoice total has updated to $250 in the upper right corner. Click the blue “Continue” button in the lower right corner.
13. The second segment of registration is getting closer! Do you have additional coaches or chaperones? Repeat steps 1-12 until complete.
14. What to do next? Will there be any additional guests (adults or families) If so, continue with the next instructional document, Adult/Family Registration. If none, click “Continue to Payment.” This allows for one final look that all information has been entered, click on detail tab for a complete review of data entered. If satisfied, click the green continue button.
15. Payment instructions will be displayed on who and where to send payment. Click the green continue button. This brings up the final step. Agree to the terms and “Submit” to complete registration.

Success! You can now logout of the system and your registration approval will be completed by the event coordinator
