Adult and Family registration instructions

1. Now that your 4-H or FFA members and coaches are entered, let’s review the final option. Select “Register another Exhibitor” which will be focused on the adult or family members attending with the contestants.
2. Select “Register an Exhibitor” and select on green “Individual” button to continue.
3. Enter exhibitor required information. First name, Last name and Birthdate. Leave County blank, click “Continue.” Next, enter phone number and a helpful email to contact later, if needed.
4. Copy the general address associated with the county, state or school association. Click Continue, there are no general questions to answer.
5. Review information entered, edit if needed. If no changes, click “Continue to Entries.”
6. Next, we will walk through the Additional Adult/Family Signup (Parent or Guardian) Signup, click select type of registration for Western National Roundup. Next, locate and click the green select button in the lower right and then “Choose.”
7. Next, edit the club by selecting the blue “Change” button. Use 4-H or FFA tabs and locate your association, select radio button and click OK. If it isn’t listed, please contact the event coordinator.
8. There may be an opportunity for more than one contest. The fee is $50 for each coach, no matter the number of contests selected. Select all that apply using the check boxes, then click the green continue button.
9. Review selection and click the green create entries button.
10. There will be questions that need to be reviewed, click the blue Review/Complete Outstanding Records button.
11. The first question relates to the $50 reception fee, enter 1. This only needs to be entered once, if attending multiple receptions.
12. The second question asks how many youths under 18 may be attending with adults. If none, enter 0. There is no fee for youth under 18.
13. The third question is asking you to select which receptions will be attended. Click the blue “Continue” button when completed.
14. The third segment of registration is getting closer! Do you have additional adults to add? Repeat steps 1-11 until complete.
15. What to do next? Click “Continue to Payment.” This allows for one final look that all information has been entered. Click on detail tab for a complete review of data entered. If satisfied, click the green continue button.
16. Payment instructions will be displayed on who and where to send payment. Click the green continue button. This brings up the final step. Agree to the terms and “Submit” to complete registration.

Success! You can now logout of the system and your registration approval will be completed by the event coordinator.
